PPD - TASK - STATIONARY SET

Personal Branding
Reviewing Personal Brands : Task 2
Branding Sets Review

Name of Brand:
Tooling technologies

Orientation – portrait, landscape both
Portrait & Landscape – The letter head and complimentary card were both done in a portrait format but the business card was finished with a landscape page set-up, this is something that I need to consider for my own design because I want everything to link and have a tidy and clean finish.
Design – consistent? Does it work?
All in all the design works well together but I personally think that the colour and logo aren’t very eye-catching and they don’t have a flare about them.
Alignment

All the alignment are to size and in line which makes this design set look professional and have a high finish quality.
Use of colour, imagery?
I personally don’t like the use of colour because its just to bold and not very attractive, if this was my designing set the first thing I would change is the colour, making it a pale orange or even a lighter colour that doesn’t stand out as much.
Paper stock?

Paper had a cheap finish and didn’t feel professional.

Print finishes?
My personal opinion was that I didn’t really like the finish that this designer had done because it wasn’t professional and didn’t have a good feel about it.
Overall?
All in all I don’t really like this design set because it doesn’t seem professional and then quality of finish isn’t something that I would go for. Also the colours used are to bold and just don’t sit right with the design.
